Notice of business during GW

Due to Golden Week, the ONLINE STORE will be closed for shipping during the following period. orders placed by 4/27 (Wed.) will be shipped before the holiday period. If you wish to have your order embroidered, please place your order by 4/24 (Sun.) if you wish to have your order shipped before the holiday period, as it will take longer.

ONLINE STORE holiday period
4/29 (Fri.) to 5/8 (Sun.)

Orders and inquiries received during the holiday period will be processed in order from 5/9 (Mon.).

Please note that immediately after the start of normal business hours, orders will be concentrated and product shipment may be delayed one to two days.
We would appreciate it if you could place your order as soon as possible.

Our directly-managed stores will be open as usual.
We are happy to answer any questions or provide consultation over the phone at our Tokyo and Kyoto stores. We can also ship products from our directly-managed stores, so please feel free to contact us.
